Vegetable Momos Content For dough
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
For stuffing
1 cup carrots, grated
1 cup cabbage, grated
1 tbsp oil
1/2 cup onions, finely chopped
1 tsp garlic, sliced
1 tsp soy sauce
Salt
4 tsp vinegar
4 tsp black pepper
The Method of Making Vegetable Momos
1.Knead the flour, salt and baking powder with water. Heat the oil and add onions and garlic and fry it.
2. After frying on a high flame, add carrots and cabbage to it. Fry on high heat until glossy.
3. Remove from heat and add soy sauce, salt, vinegar and black pepper.
4.Take the dough thinly and cut it into four or five rounds.
5. Take a round and wet its edges and fill some filling in the center.
6.Cut the edges together and make a bundle shape.
7. Fill the rest of the rounds in the same manner.
8. Slept after giving steam for ten minutes
Serve with sauce and chili sauce.
